5 Questions You Need to Ask Yourself When Looking for a Good Network Marketing Business.

If you are looking for a way to start a business and create wealth, then the network marketing industry is the best way for the average person to achieve their potential.

With all the different companies in the network marketing industry, it can be hard to choose the right one that will make you money so here are 5 ways to help you determine a good network marketing business:

1. How long has it been in business.

Most network marketing companies fail after 7 months according to industry statistics. If you have found a company that has been around for 5 or more years then you have qualified this step.

2. Are they private or publicly owned.

If a company is privately owned then the likelihood of them paying you the associate/representative more compensation is greater because their focus is on growing you and your downline. While most publicly owned or stock issued companies are more focused on controlling costs and making the shareholders happy with capital gains.

3. What is the experience of the management team?

Most network marketing companies are started by investors who want to grow the company and sell it for profit. Since you are in it to make as much income as possible, you want to find a company that is started or managed by people who started in the business and have the same experiences that you are having.

4. Will there products be in demand for years to come?

With today and tomorrows technology changing every few months, you don't want to get caught with products that can be outdated and hard to promote. If you can find a company that is focused on consumables like cell phones, TV, health and nutrition, travel, beauty products and everyday shopping habits then you can bet that these things will be around for a long time. They may morph into more hi-tech or hi-touch items but they will still be around.

5. Will you have to continue to sell something to make money?

In decades before, you had to buy products and store it then resell it and deliver the product to make money. You had to collect money. These models wore people out and many people lost favor with the concept of network marketing. If you can find a company that you don't have to collect money or sell direct but indirectly, as well as get paid for the efforts of others with no limit to what levels it goes to then you have found the perfect company.
